What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message, we receive what you type in the form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, Instagram handle, event date, area or venue, the look you want and any notes. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, give you a quote and plan your makeup appointment. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored on our own server, which only the studio can access through a password-protected admin page. For spam protection we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address for a short time, not the address itself.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The DIY face map remembers your chosen skin tone, face shape and ticked steps in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later; you can clear it anytime from your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by messaging @siu_makeup_studio on Instagram.
